All about KEA NEET Counselling- Registration and verification process

Procedures for Karnataka Students:

• If you want to opt for a college through government quota and you have verified your documents during the KCET Verification process, then you don't need to verify them again if all the documents are unchanged.
• Suppose you want to apply for a minority quota such as a religious minority or linguistic minority. In that case, you should verify all your documents again along with a minority certificate (similar to one in the NEET KEA brochure) on the day specified by KEA. So stay updated with the website.
  
• If you haven't verified your documents during the KCET Verification process, then you will get a chance to do it later according to the dates specified by KEA.
• After the verification process ends, verification slips will be released on the KEA website. You need to download it, which is most important for later processes.
• Remember that the verification will be conducted offline.

Registration for Karnataka CET Registered candidates: 

The login id is the CET application number and the password is the password that you created during the KCET application form filling. Then go to the register CET candidates option if you have applied for CET.

If you are a new candidate, go to the new user option.

Registration fees:

Karnataka candidates of general/2A/2B/3A/3B Category- Rs 1000/-

Karnataka Candidates of  SC/ST/Category 1- Rs 500/-

Non-Karnataka Candidates- Rs 1500/-

Schedule:

Last date for registration and payment: 23 October 2022 up to 5.30 pm

Last date for filling out the details of the application form: 25 October 2022 up to 11.55 pm

Guidelines for NEET-UG 2022 candidates to fill online Application 

 1. Kindly use a Desktop/laptop to fill Application. 

 2. Do not use cell phones to fill out Applications. 

 3. For CBSE students code No.49 is provided by KEA as part of the program structure, please do not try to edit it. 

 4. Address should not have any special characters including commas, the Address should consist of space, Alphabets & numbers only.

 5. If the candidate has taken both NEET and CET exams last year, the CET roll number will be reflected in the template box instead of NEET Roll NO. This is because the KEA database has CET numbers for all years as the common numbers. 

 6. The candidate should enter his name exactly as in the NEET Application form. In case, he changes the way the name is written Ex: Ramesh S as S Ramesh / S. Ramesh, the software will pop up the following message “ Do you continue the registration even though NEET data doesn’t match”. The candidate is advised to Click “OK ”, to proceed.
