Pomodoro Technique

Then you are on the right article. I receive a lot of requests on my quora asking about techniques to stay productive. One year back, I came to know about the Pomodoro technique.
Steps to follow the Pomodoro technique:
- Make a list of goals that you want to complete in one day.
- Divide your study session into 4 parts.
- Each session will be 25-30 mins long.
- After one session of 25-30 minutes, take a short break of 4-5 minutes.
- During this short break, you can drink water or go out and walk for some time or anything that will refresh your mind. But the break should end for 4-5 minutes and should not exceed it.
- Follow the same steps for the next 3 sessions. After the completion of 4 sessions, take a long break of 1 hour wherein you can meditation or have breakfast/lunch, etc.
- After a long break, you can repeat these steps again.
- In this way, you can study for long hours.
- Follow these steps properly. You will the differences between your present study sessions and previous ones.
NOTE: Make use of an alarm timer, this will keep you on track,

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. He wrote, “I discovered that you could learn how to improve your effectiveness and be better able to estimate how long a task will take to complete by recording how you utilize your time.”
